Product introduction：

Material Introduction:

The R2O content of Alkali free glass fiber is less than 0.8%, is a kind of aluminum borosilicate composition, mainly used as reinforcement material.

Polyimide fiber has the irregularity of the cross section, the fiber has a large surface area and good dust catching ability, and the collection of ultrafine powder is significantly higher than that of arylon synthetic fiber. Polyimide fiber has good spinnability and can be used in various special occasions of textiles due to its high and low temperature resistance, flame retardant, no droplet, self-extinguishing from fire and excellent temperature insulation.

Working Principle:

Bag filter is accessory of dust collector. It is suitable for collecting fine, dry and non fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth or non-woven felt, and the filtering effect of fiber fabric is used to filter the dust containing gas. When the dust containing gas enters the bag filter, the dust with large particle and large proportion will settle down due to gravity and fall into the ash hopper. When the gas containing fine dust passes through the filter material, the dust is retained and the gas is purified.
